How to cancel Walmart+
Cancel under Walmart+ in your walmart.com account. You can reactivate before your billing cycle ends.
First: cancel wherever you are billed. If Apple, Google, Roku, Amazon or a phone/TV provider bills you, cancelling on the company's own site will not stop the charges.
Steps
- Sign in to your account on walmart.com.
- Select Walmart+, then Manage membership.
- Select Manage next to your plan.
- Select Cancel beside the cancellation option.
- Confirm by choosing to confirm the cancellation. You may also see an exclusive offer or a Keep membership option.
Good to know
- Not ready to decide? Walmart offers a Remind Me Later option that emails you three days before renewal.
- Changed your mind? Walmart says you can select Reactivate membership in your account settings before your billing cycle ends.
- Walmart's page also describes pausing a membership, which you can resume at any time during the paused month.
- The page does not say exactly when your benefits end after you cancel.
