How to cancel Strava
Cancel on the same platform you subscribed through, at least 24 hours before renewal.
First: cancel wherever you are billed. If Apple, Google, Roku, Amazon or a phone/TV provider bills you, cancelling on the company's own site will not stop the charges.
Steps
- Website: log in, select your profile picture at the top right, then go to Settings, My Account, then Cancel Subscription.
- iPhone or Android app: open the You tab, tap the gear icon for Settings, select Your Strava Subscription, then Manage Your Subscription.
- You can also manage the subscription directly in the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Good to know
- Strava says you must cancel through the same platform where you originally subscribed.
- Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to prevent automatic renewal.
- You keep subscription features until the end of your current term. Your activities and data stay intact.
Refunds and fees
Strava says you may qualify for a refund within 14 days of purchase. After that, subscriptions are non-refundable. Refunds typically take 5 to 7 business days and may take longer depending on your bank and purchase platform.

Generate a clear written cancellation request to send by email or mail. Keep a copy with the date you sent it.
