How to cancel Fubo
Cancel in My Account on fubo.tv, or through Roku if you subscribed there.
First: cancel wherever you are billed. If Apple, Google, Roku, Amazon or a phone/TV provider bills you, cancelling on the company's own site will not stop the charges.
Steps
- Sign in at fubo.tv and pick a profile on the Who's Watching screen.
- Click the settings icon, select My Account, then Subscription.
- Scroll down and select Cancel.
- You may see a discount offer. Accept it, or click Cancel Subscription to continue.
- Confirm on the confirmation page.
Good to know
- Subscribed through Roku? Go to my.roku.com, open your subscriptions, click Unsubscribe next to Fubo and confirm with Yes, Unsubscribe. Or on the Roku, highlight the Fubo app, press the star button, choose Manage subscription, then Cancel subscription and confirm.
- Cancelling a free trial makes it expire immediately, and Fubo says you will not get another free trial.
- If you cancel a paid subscription, you keep service until the end of your current billing period.
- Fubo's page covers the website and Roku. Check Fubo's help center for other billing methods.
Refunds and fees
Fubo's cancellation page does not state refund rules. Fubo has a separate cancellation policy article.
