How to cancel Bumble Boost and Premium
Cancel with the store or payment method you used. Cancelling stops the next renewal.
First: cancel wherever you are billed. If Apple, Google, Roku, Amazon or a phone/TV provider bills you, cancelling on the company's own site will not stop the charges.
Steps
- Apple App Store: open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, select Bumble and tap Cancel Subscription.
- Google Play: open the Play Store, tap your profile icon, go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, choose Bumble and tap Cancel Subscription.
- PayPal, credit or debit card, or Apple Pay: open the Bumble app, tap your profile icon, select Subscription details, tap Manage your subscription and choose to cancel.
Good to know
- Bumble says cancelling stops the next renewal, and you can usually keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- If Apple or Google Play approves a refund, you may lose access immediately.
- Bumble's page does not give web-specific steps, so check Bumble's help center if you subscribed on the website.
Refunds and fees
Bumble says that if you request a refund, it is a good idea to cancel future renewals separately too. It points to a separate refund article.
