How to cancel TIDAL
Cancel at account.tidal.com, or in Google Play or Apple if you subscribed there.
First: cancel wherever you are billed. If Apple, Google, Roku, Amazon or a phone/TV provider bills you, cancelling on the company's own site will not stop the charges.
Steps
- Website: go to account.tidal.com and log in. Open Subscription, click Cancel Subscription and confirm.
- Android app: tap the heart icon, then the gear icon at the top right. Tap Edit, then Manage Subscription. Scroll down to Subscription, then Cancel Subscription.
- Google Play: on your Android device, open subscriptions in Google Play, select the Tidal subscription, tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.
- Apple: TIDAL's page refers you to Apple's guide for cancelling subscriptions.
Good to know
- No active subscription in Apple Wallet? TIDAL says you are billed another way. Contact Apple Support to check.
- No active subscription in Google Play? Your account may be linked to a different email address. TIDAL cannot see those details, so contact Google Play support.
- TIDAL's page does not say what happens to your access or billing after you cancel.
Refunds and fees
TIDAL's cancellation page contains no refund information. It has a separate Refund FAQs article.
