How to cancel Life360
Only the person who subscribed can cancel. The app sends you on to your app store to finish.
First: cancel wherever you are billed. If Apple, Google, Roku, Amazon or a phone/TV provider bills you, cancelling on the company's own site will not stop the charges.
Steps
- In the Life360 app, tap Settings (upper left), then Account.
- Tap Cancel Membership, review the benefits and tap it again. Choose a reason, tap Continue, then tap Yes, Confirm Cancellation.
- You are sent to your app store. Tap your active Life360 subscription, then Cancel Subscription. In a 7-day free trial, tap Cancel Free Trial.
- Billed by Life360.com instead: log in at Life360.com, tap Manage Membership, then Cancel Subscription. If you do not see Manage Membership, another Circle member is the subscriber and needs to cancel.
Good to know
- Google Play: open Google Play, tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions, tap Life360 and then Cancel Subscription. You can tap Pause payments instead.
- Apple App Store: open the App Store, tap your name, then Subscriptions, tap Life360 and then Cancel Subscription.
- Your subscription stays valid until the paid period ends.
- A membership belongs to the family member whose account created it, so only that person can view or cancel it.
Refunds and fees
Life360 says it does not refund unused subscription time or fees for any part of the service.
