How to cancel Disney+
Cancel from a browser. The TV app cannot do it.
First: cancel wherever you are billed. If Apple, Google, Roku, Amazon or a phone/TV provider bills you, cancelling on the company's own site will not stop the charges.
Steps
- Sign in to Disney+ in a computer or mobile web browser.
- Open your profile, then Account.
- Under Subscription, select your plan.
- Select Cancel Subscription and confirm.
Good to know
- You cannot cancel from a smart TV app, or if Disney+ is included through a third-party provider. Cancel with whoever bills you.
- Access continues until the end of your billing period. Cancelling does not delete your account, so you can restart later.
- If you are on a free trial, cancel before it ends to avoid being charged.
Refunds and fees
Check the current Disney+ terms for refund rules. Unused days are generally not refunded.
