How to cancel Peacock
Plans & Payments, then Cancel Plan. Third-party billing is cancelled elsewhere.
First: cancel wherever you are billed. If Apple, Google, Roku, Amazon or a phone/TV provider bills you, cancelling on the company's own site will not stop the charges.
Steps
- Log in to your Peacock account.
- Go to Plans & Payments.
- Select Cancel Plan and confirm.
- Watch for an on-screen confirmation and a confirmation email, which can take a few hours.
Good to know
- Your plan will not renew at the end of the current billing cycle. You can still watch a limited amount of content for free.
- If you subscribed through Apple, Google, Roku, Amazon or another third party, you must cancel with them. Peacock cannot cancel those plans.
- Not sure who bills you? Your payment method is listed under Plans & Payments, in the Your Plan section.
- Add-ons such as a regional sports network are set to cancel automatically when you cancel your plan.
Refunds and fees
Per Peacock's help page: no refunds or credits for prior payments unless required by law.
