How to cancel Hulu
Check who bills you first, then cancel from your Account page.
First: cancel wherever you are billed. If Apple, Google, Roku, Amazon or a phone/TV provider bills you, cancelling on the company's own site will not stop the charges.
Steps
- Sign in at hulu.com and open your Account page.
- Find who bills you. It is shown on the Account page.
- If Hulu bills you directly, choose Cancel and follow the prompts, declining any pause or discount offers if you want to fully cancel.
- If Apple, Google Play, Roku, Amazon or another provider bills you, cancel there instead.
Good to know
- Hulu may offer to pause or downgrade your plan. Pick the cancel option to end the subscription completely.
