How to cancel Skillshare
Cancel under Membership & Payments. If you started a free trial, cancel before it ends.
First: cancel wherever you are billed. If Apple, Google, Roku, Amazon or a phone/TV provider bills you, cancelling on the company's own site will not stop the charges.
Steps
- On a computer, go to Account settings on skillshare.com.
- Select Membership & Payments from the left menu.
- Click Cancel membership and follow the prompts to confirm.
- On a mobile browser: open skillshare.com and sign in, tap your profile icon, then Account settings, then Membership & Payments, then Cancel membership.
Good to know
- Subscribed through Apple or Google? Cancel through your Apple ID subscription settings or Google Play account settings. Skillshare says it cannot cancel those for you.
- Your membership stays active until the end of your current billing period. You can keep watching classes and taking part in discussions until then, and afterward you lose access to classes and downloadable materials.
- Started a free trial on skillshare.com? Cancel through Account settings before the trial ends.
- Skillshare for Teams: cancellation terms depend on your organization's agreement, so contact your administrator.
