How to cancel Roblox Premium
Cancel where you bought it. Roblox says memberships are non-refundable.
First: cancel wherever you are billed. If Apple, Google, Roku, Amazon or a phone/TV provider bills you, cancelling on the company's own site will not stop the charges.
Steps
- Desktop app or website: log in to the account where you bought the membership. Click the gear icon in the upper right, open Settings, then Subscriptions. Click Cancel Renewal and follow the prompts.
- iPhone or iPad: open Settings, tap your Apple ID name, tap Subscriptions, find Roblox and follow Apple's steps to cancel.
- Android: open the Google Play Store, tap your profile icon and go to Payments & Subscriptions.
- Cancel before the renewal date to avoid future charges.
Good to know
- If you bought through the Roblox mobile app, you cannot cancel inside Roblox. Use your device's app store.
- You keep your benefits until the end of the time you have already paid for.
- Roblox says that after April 30, 2026, if you cancel you cannot resubscribe. Read Roblox's page before cancelling if you might want it back.
- If a renewal fails, Roblox retries over the next 72 hours. If it still fails, the membership is cancelled and you cannot resubscribe.
- Windows and Amazon app store memberships do not renew automatically and end on the expiration date listed. Roblox's page does not cover Xbox or other platforms.
- Cannot log in to cancel? Roblox says to contact support with the subscribed username, and the request must arrive before the renewal date.
