How to cancel SiriusXM
How you cancel depends on who bills you. Check that first.
First: cancel wherever you are billed. If Apple, Google, Roku, Amazon or a phone/TV provider bills you, cancelling on the company's own site will not stop the charges.
Steps
- Work out who bills you: SiriusXM directly, or a third party such as Apple, Google Play, Roku or T-Mobile.
- If SiriusXM bills you, sign in to your Online Account Center and open the Subscriptions tab.
- You can also chat with an agent from the Online Account Center, or call the number SiriusXM lists on its Manage or Cancel Service page (866-635-8641 as of October 3, 2026).
- If a third party bills you, cancel with them. See the notes below.
Good to know
- Apple and Google Play: cancel more than 24 hours before your renewal date. Uninstalling the SiriusXM app does not cancel your subscription.
- Roku: cancel at my.roku.com, not inside the app. Select cancel subscription under your active subscriptions.
- T-Mobile: cancel through your T-Mobile account management.
