How to cancel NordVPN
You cancel auto-renewal in your Nord Account, under Billing.
First: cancel wherever you are billed. If Apple, Google, Roku, Amazon or a phone/TV provider bills you, cancelling on the company's own site will not stop the charges.
Steps
- Log in to your Nord Account at my.nordaccount.com.
- Open the Billing tab.
- Click Cancel next to auto-renewal.
- Select Cancel auto-renewal.
- Check that auto-renewal now shows as off, and look for a confirmation email.
Good to know
- The same steps work for NordPass, NordLocker, Dedicated IP and bundle subscriptions.
- Bought through Google Play, the Apple App Store or the Amazon Appstore? Cancel there. NordVPN's page links to each store's instructions.
- NordVPN's page does not spell out exactly when access ends after you turn off auto-renewal, so check the end date shown in your Nord Account.
