How to cancel Canva
Cancel in Settings, then Billing. Uninstalling the app does not cancel your plan.
First: cancel wherever you are billed. If Apple, Google, Roku, Amazon or a phone/TV provider bills you, cancelling on the company's own site will not stop the charges.
Steps
- Log in to your Canva account.
- Select your profile, then Settings.
- Go to Billing.
- Select Cancel plan on your subscription.
- Choose Continue cancellation.
- Select a cancellation reason and choose Continue cancellation again.
- Optionally add feedback, then select Cancel subscription. You will get a confirmation email.
Good to know
- Uninstalling the app does not cancel your plan. If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, cancel in that store's settings, not in the Canva app.
- You keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Your designs stay accessible on the free version and your account stays active.
- Changed your mind? You can undo a cancellation only while the subscription is still active: go to Billing and choose to stay on your plan.
- Canva says cancelling Canva Teams is permanent and you cannot resubscribe to Teams. Team members lose paid features when the billing period ends, but designs and shared folders are kept.
- Canva says charges can show up a day earlier than expected because of time zone differences.
