How to cancel Discord Nitro
Cancel in User Settings. Where you bought it decides where you cancel.
First: cancel wherever you are billed. If Apple, Google, Roku, Amazon or a phone/TV provider bills you, cancelling on the company's own site will not stop the charges.
Steps
- On desktop or web, click the cogwheel next to your username to open User Settings.
- Open the Subscriptions tab.
- Click Cancel in the Nitro or Nitro Basic banner and follow the prompts.
- On mobile: tap your avatar in the bottom right, tap the cogwheel in the top right, scroll to Billing Settings, tap Manage Nitro and follow the prompts until cancellation is confirmed.
Good to know
- Discord says subscriptions need to be cancelled on the same type of device where you bought them.
- Bought on iOS? You have to cancel with Apple. Discord Support cannot manage iOS subscriptions.
- Bought on Android? You can cancel in Discord's Manage Nitro tab or in Google Play settings.
- Your subscription ends at the end of the current billing period. The Manage Nitro settings show the date your Nitro benefits end.

Generate a clear written cancellation request to send by email or mail. Keep a copy with the date you sent it.
