How to cancel Calm
Cancel through the platform where you bought it. Refunds depend on that platform too.
First: cancel wherever you are billed. If Apple, Google, Roku, Amazon or a phone/TV provider bills you, cancelling on the company's own site will not stop the charges.
Steps
- On the website, log in to your Calm account in a web browser.
- Click the profile icon in the top right, then Settings, then Manage Subscription.
- Select Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts.
Good to know
- Apple (iPhone or iPad): open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, select Calm, then tap Cancel Subscription. You can also use the Manage Subscription button in the Calm app.
- Google Play (Android): open Google Play, tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, select Calm and tap Cancel Subscription. You can also use Manage Subscription in the Calm app.
- Calm says your subscription will not renew at the end of your billing or trial period, and you keep full Premium access until then. You can resubscribe at any time.
- Calm cannot access or manage Apple subscriptions, because Apple handles that billing.
- Family Plan: the admin must cancel through Calm's website, not the app.
Refunds and fees
Calm says refunds within 30 days are available only for purchases made on Calm.com and Google Play. Apple refunds must go through Apple Support. Cancelling does not automatically trigger a refund.
